Unicorn Pro - a performance marketing agency that works with affiliate dating products in the US market and is one of the largest partners by traffic volume in mainstream dating. Requirements

Must-Haves

• 4+ years of experience in performance marketing and practical experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or other traffic sources;
• Expertise in building full-funnel funnels;
• Experience with analytics: we work with RedTrack / Voluum, but experience with other trackers is also suitable;
• Significant analytical abilities: ability to prove your point of view and make decisions based on data and metrics;
• Outstanding results at previous jobs: supported by specific metrics and achievements;
• Systematic thinking: ability to think structurally and the ability to see the big picture while managing details;
• Fluency in Ukrainian;
• English at B1 level: ability to watch content, work with documentation, and build funnels.

• Experience in the dating industry.

Responsibilities

• Promotion of dating products through paid traffic sources (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or others);
• Creation of advertising creatives independently and in collaboration with the creative team;
• Market and competitor analysis to find new approaches;
• Working with analytics (RedTrack, Voluum) and optimizing campaigns according to clear KPIs;
• Development of concepts and writing specifications for new landing pages;
• Building simple and complex marketing funnels.

The Process

1. Initial Interview: first meeting with the TA Manager, where we discuss motivation, expectations from the role, and the context of previous experience. Behavioral questions are used to understand the approach to work, responsibility, and decision-making style;
2. Technical Interview: conversation with the CMO/CEO, focused on practice. Real cases, typical tasks, and logic of thinking are considered. No abstractions - only how decisions are made and what results follow them;
3. Test Task: paid practical task, as close as possible to the real tasks of the team, which usually takes 6–8 hours. The approach to execution, priorities, and way of thinking are evaluated, not just the final result;
4. Final Interview: discussion of the test task - analysis of the approach, solutions, and logic, as well as any additional questions that have arisen from both sides during the process. This is the final check before moving to the next step;
5. Reference Check: the final stage - gathering feedback from previous colleagues or managers to confirm the overall picture.
