About the Position

We are seeking a Senior PHP Developer with expertise in Laravel and PHP to join our Web Development Team. Our client is a B2B SaaS company that empowers its clients around the world to drive growth. Their product, a marketing platform that connects data across channels, utilizes AI for predicting future behavior, and enables personalized experiences with remarkable speed.

As a Senior Backend Engineer at DICEUS, you will have the chance to collaborate with leading global brands and work with cutting-edge technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. The platform you will work with handles a massive amount of requests and notifications daily, with over 100 TB of historical data. Responsibilities

Develop programs, applications, and websites using PHP (Laravel), Go.
Improve the performance, scalability, and availability of our systems.
Develop cutting-edge web applications with a user-centric approach.
Troubleshoot any issues as they arise, and proactively address potential problems.
Collaborate with co-developers and other related departments to ensure maximum efficiency and deliver world-class results.
Provide regular updates on project status to relevant stakeholders.
Evaluate and prioritize tasks based on resolution priority and alignment with the company’s vision and goals.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or related fields.
Minimum of 4 years of software development experience.
Strong understanding of MYSQL, Elasticsearch, and/or NoSQL technologies such as Redis.
Hands-on experience with Laravel.
Proficiency in PHP (Laravel or Symfony) and familiarity with Go. Willingness to learn and expand your skills.
Familiarity with software code tools like Git.
Knowledge of Vue.js.
Experience in driving technical projects, prioritizing work, identifying dependencies, facilitating technical decisions, and engaging in cross-functional team discussions.
English language proficiency to analyze technical documents without difficulty.
Hands-on experience with AWS is a plus.
Familiarity with Docker is a plus.
