The Chief Security Office (CSO) of our client comprises the Chief Information Security Office (CISO) and the Corporate Security unit. The CISO organization guarantees information security for our client. This role's purpose is to own the product vision, roadmap, and functional outcomes for Cyber Hygiene Automation, ensuring solutions deliver measurable risk reduction and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and oversee the implementation of the new tools and automated processes
- Ensure strategic alignment, manage project timelines, coordinate across teams, and translate program requirements into technical design specifications
- Understand APIs, experience with Tanium, Brinqa, project automation, Service Now, Python
- Define and own the Cyber Hygiene Automation roadmap aligned to:
- TOM capabilities
- Regulatory expectations
- Cyber risk priorities
- Prioritize features across SCM, VM, SWAT, and Governance automation
- Act as functional authority for:
- Configuration baseline automation
- Vulnerability remediation intelligence
- Syslog driven root cause analytics
- TRC and unsupported OS enforcement automation
- Ensure automation outcomes support risk-based decision making
- Act as primary interface to:
- Cyber Hygiene leadership
- Risk & Compliance
- Technology owners
- Translate regulatory and policy needs into product features
- Define success metrics for:
- Risk reduction
- Coverage
- Automation effectiveness
- Drive continuous improvement based on operational insights
Requirements
Must Have
- Design, plan, and oversee the implementation of the new tools and automated processes
- Experience with automation, ML, and AI
- Understand APIs
- Experience with Tanium, Brinqa, project automation, Service Now, Python
- Systems integration experience
- Product ownership experience in security, risk, or infrastructure platforms
- Strong understanding of:
- Cyber Hygiene controls
- Regulatory compliance frameworks
- Experience translating policy and risk requirements into technical solutions
