We are looking for a Senior PLC Programmer to join a project in the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities

Designing interfaces and suggesting own solutions
Programming B&R controllers using Structured Text
Integrating controllers with the main system developed in C++
Collaborating with the team to review design and code
Integrating solutions on physical devices
Documenting own work
Cooperating with software teams to develop optimal solutions from a system-wide perspective
Business trips to the client’s headquarters in Germany

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in PLC programming using Structured Text
Experience in programming B&R controllers
Knowledge of external communication interfaces, including OPC UA
English proficiency at a minimum B2 level
Willingness to travel to Germany (Baden-Württemberg) for the initial deployment (2–3 weeks)
Willingness to work with a software team based in Poland, with regular on-site integration in Germany (e.g., 2–3 weeks of on-site programming, followed by 3–5 days of client deployment)
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
Ability to organize work in a modern development environment (experience managing backlogs using tools like GitLab, JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar)
Ability to document work in English
Proficiency in German would be an additional advantage.
