About the Role

At LeoVegas UK, we are on a mission to bring the gold standard of entertainment to the global sports betting and iGaming industry. As part of our rapidly scaling team, we are seeking a Senior Portfolio Analyst to join our high-performing UK analytics function. This role is pivotal in shaping our commercial strategy through performance insights.

The Senior Portfolio Analyst will blend deep analytical expertise with strategic advisory capability, delivering insights that drive revenue and improve operational efficiency. You will operate across all business functions, from marketing and product to operations and finance, with a clear mission: to understand, optimise, and grow how the business makes money.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Head of Group Performance & Insights, Senior Commercial Director, and CCO to embed a world-class portfolio analytics framework.
  • Serve as a commercial thought leader, shaping strategy and challenging conventions.
  • Act as a strategic partner to functional leaders to identify growth opportunities and operational efficiencies.
  • Analyse end-to-end revenue drivers across acquisition, retention, monetisation, and customer lifetime value.
  • Lead consultancy-style problem solving and deliver clear recommendations.
  • Build and deliver actionable performance insights that influence revenue, customer behaviour, and profitability.
  • Support the Head of Group Performance & Insights and Group Performance Directors in embedding data-driven insights into regular performance conversations.
  • Partner with finance and commercial teams to enhance revenue forecasting, campaign ROI, and P&L modelling.
  • Collaborate with central teams to embed and maintain a world-class analytics framework.
  • Contribute to a data-driven culture by sharing knowledge, mentoring peers, and promoting analytical best practice.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in commercial analytics, revenue optimisation, or strategy within online gambling, gaming, or a similarly fast-paced digital sector.
  • Consultancy craft - skilled in problem solving, hypothesis-led thinking, project prioritisation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of how digital businesses generate revenue and profit.
  • Expertise across multiple analytics domains: performance, product, operations, customer, and commercial.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with modern cloud data environments (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks).
  • Excellent communicator, able to present complex data in clear, concise, and compelling ways to senior stakeholders.
  • Highly collaborative, comfortable working across multiple teams and disciplines.

We Offer

  • Hybrid working - 3 days per week at the office, with flexibility for 2 days at home.
  • Workation – Take your job on an adventure with our Workation benefit for up to 4 weeks per year (T&Cs apply).
  • Plenty of time to recharge – 28 days of paid leave, plus all public and bank holidays in England.
  • Invest in your future – We match pension contributions up to 6%.
  • Comprehensive healthcare – BUPA coverage, including pre-existing conditions, plus a cashback plan for dental, optical, and other treatments.
  • Wellbeing allowance – £250 annual allowance for you to invest in your health and wellbeing (T&Cs apply).
  • A great workplace experience – Talented colleagues, complimentary snacks and drinks, as well as breakfasts and lunches on a weekly basis.
  • A social culture you’ll love – Regular opportunities to attend sporting events throughout the year, plus a quarterly team budget for even more fun.
  • Support for growing families – Up to 6 months of full pay for maternity leave.
  • Stay active & save money – Cycle-to-work scheme and gym discounts to keep you moving.
  • Work in style – at our newly renovated offices at Tailors Corner are just a 2-minute walk from Leeds Train Station.
