About the Position
We are launching a new consulting offering and are looking for a Power Platform Engineer to become one of the key contributors in building this direction.
This is not a typical role on an existing project.
It’s an opportunity to:
- Design and build Power Platform solutions from scratch
- Work directly with clients and participate in technical discussions
- Combine solution design and hands-on development
- Work on integrations across multiple systems (ERP, CRM, external APIs, legacy systems)
- Work in an Azure-based environment
- Contribute to pre-sales and early-stage solution shaping
We are looking for someone who is comfortable with ownership, ambiguity, and proactive problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Design and build Power Platform solutions (Power Apps + Power Automate)
- Develop and maintain automated workflows and business processes
- Work with Dataverse for data modeling and business logic implementation
- Integrate solutions with ERP, CRM, external APIs, and legacy systems
- Participate in technical discussions with clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different domains
- Contribute to solution design and architecture decisions
Requirements
- Upper-intermediate (B2+) or higher level of English - required for client communication
- 3+ years of commercial experience with Microsoft Power Platform
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-driven apps)
- Power Automate (cloud flows, approvals, workflow automation)
- Dataverse (data modeling, relationships, security roles)
- Experience building integrations (REST API / HTTP / JSON)
- Experience working with Azure-based environments
- Strong consulting and communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with Dynamics 365 or Power BI
- JavaScript customization (including PCF controls)
- Experience with custom connectors or plugins
- Experience with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus)
