Responsibilities

• Managing and supporting the team
• Assisting PPC specialists in solving technical issues, QA-reviewing settings
• Verifying the correctness of launches, tracking, events, UTM structures
• Mentoring new specialists, participating in their onboarding and professional growth
• Ensuring compliance with internal quality standards and deadlines
• Planning, launching, and optimizing advertising campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads, TikTok Ads, CPA networks
• Monitoring effectiveness: CPA, ROAS, LTV, MAU, DAU, CTR, etc.
• Generating new ideas and hypotheses for improving results
• Implementing A/B testing, analyzing the competitive environment
• Working with advertising budgets and evaluating the ROI of investments
• Collaborating with the Head of PPC in developing performance strategies
• Preparing analytical materials for clients
• Participating in internal meetings, planning, and syncs with related departments (analytics, product)

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a Senior PPC Specialist
• Deep knowledge and practical experience in launching performance campaigns in: Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max), Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
• Experience with analytical platforms: Google Analytics (UA, GA4, GA 360), Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel
• Experience with visualization tools (Google Looker Studio / Power BI)
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets (formulas, connections, dashboards)
• High level of self-organization, responsibility, attention to detail, and result-orientation

Nice to Have

• Experience with mobile app promotion (Firebase, Appsflyer, Adjust, etc.)
• Knowledge or experience with API, automation, Google Ads Scripts
• Experience working in a large E-Commerce / Retail project
• Experience working under Kanban / Agile methodology
• Mentoring or training skills for junior specialists
