About the Position
Senior Private Banker / Wealth Management Advisor – Poland (f/m/d)
On behalf of our client, an international financial institution based in Liechtenstein, we are looking for an experienced Private Banking / Wealth Management professional. The position focuses on developing and managing long-term relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) and intermediaries in Poland.

Responsibilities
- Build and manage your own portfolio of HNWI clients within a professional private banking team
- Acquire new clients and expand sustainable relationships in the Polish market
- Provide holistic, client-centric advice and tailored investment solutions
- Contribute to strengthening the institution’s presence in Poland through active business development and networking
- Deliver excellent client service through personal advisory, including regular international travel
Requirements
- Several years of proven experience in Private Banking / Wealth Management
- Strong network and track record in acquiring and managing HNWI client portfolios
- Excellent knowledge of investment products, portfolio structuring, and financial planning
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and solution-oriented approach
- Languages: fluent in English and Polish; German is an advantage
