About the Position

Senior Process Associate

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Process Associate to join Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited, a leading subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH. This role focuses on invoice processing and analysis to enhance efficiency within our organization.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process invoices accurately, matching them with purchase orders, delivery receipts, and contracts.
• Ensure timely settlement of invoices as per the payment terms.
• Process invoices within the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Address old and open invoices on priority, ensuring no invoices remain pending for more than 30 days.
• Analyze all open Goods Receipt (GR) positions and reconcile differences, following up with relevant stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
• Process invoices with defined quality standards.

Requirements

• Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline, preferably in Finance Accounting or a related field.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in SAP or any similar ERP system with accounting.
• Mandatory Skills:
  • Proficiency in SAP
  • Strong understanding of Finance Accounting

  • German Language
  • Good communication skills
