About the Position

Senior - Process Automation Developer w SAIO

We are looking for a Senior Process Automation Developer with expertise in RPA and AI to join our team in Katowice, Poland.

Responsibilities

• Realize the automation of business processes (robots, workflows) on the SAIO platform.
• Design, develop, and maintain robots and workflows supporting banking and operational processes.
• Create and develop automation applications and components in C#.
• Integrate robots with internal systems (e.g., databases, APIs, backend systems).
• Analyze business processes and propose their optimization through automation.
• Collaborate with business analysts and process owners.
• Participate in testing solutions, deployments, and solving production incidents.
• Ensure the quality of code, its readability, stability, and the security of created solutions.

Requirements

• Commercial experience in programming in C# and Python.
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
• Experience in creating workflows or process automation (any RPA / Low-Code / BPM tools).
• Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with good programming practices, including readability, testability, and ease of code maintenance.
• Communicate clearly and precisely in a technical context.
• Proficiency in English and Polish at least at the C1 level.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of BPMN and the ability to model processes.
• Experience with RPA / workflow tools (e.g., SAIO, Power Automate, UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or others).
• Experience with REST / SOAP integrations and working with APIs.
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD, Git, and experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Experience in automating banking or financial processes.
• Ability to effectively create prompts for AI assistants (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Grok) and use AI in daily development work.
• Knowledge of other languages or technologies, e.g., JavaScript.
