Senior Procurement Consultant with JAGGAER (f/m/x)

We are seeking a Senior Procurement Consultant with JAGGAER to lead the design and implementation of an end-to-end Source-to-Pay solution in a remote setup. In this role, you will focus on strategic and operational procurement processes while working remotely. You will analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable solution designs, ensuring a consistent approach across various JAGGAER modules. Responsibilities

• Leading the design and implementation of an end-to-end JAGGAER Source-to-Pay solution
• Advising on end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes with a focus on strategic and operational procurement
• Analyzing business requirements and translating them into scalable process and solution designs
• Defining the target solution based on JAGGAER standard capabilities and implementation best practices
• Leading functional design workshops and supporting configuration, testing, deployment, go-live, and hypercare activities
• Ensuring a consistent solution across relevant JAGGAER modules, including Sourcing, Supplier Management, Contracts, Procurement, and AP Automation
• Coordinating closely with business, IT, integration, and implementation teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Supporting process harmonization, localization, and rollout activities in an international environment

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement and JAGGAER implementation projects as a Functional Lead or Solution Architect
• Strong knowledge of the JAGGAER Source-to-Pay suite
• Deep understanding of procurement processes across Sourcing, Supplier Management, Contracts, Procurement, and AP Automation
• Proven experience across the implementation lifecycle, including process and solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare
• Experience with complex international implementations and rollouts
• Professional fluency in Polish and English
• Residing in Poland required
• Willingness to work at the Sii office once a week

• Project experience in regulated environments, Utilities or Process Industry environments
