About the Position

Senior Producer

Gameloft Montréal is seeking a new Senior Producer for our team Quest and Expansion working on DISNEY DREAMLIGHT VALLEY, a brand cross-platform hybrid life-sim/adventure game already available! Rich with quests, exploration, and engaging activities featuring iconic Disney and Pixar friends, Disney Dreamlight Valley is a 100%-original Gameloft Montreal production, designed by a passionate team just waiting for you to join them!

Our new Senior Producer will be directly responsible for all Quests and new Environments for the game's free updates, while also leading coordination with other producers on the game team to ensure the delivery of our Expansions.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that the project’s Executive producer-set goals and Milestone goals are accomplished
• Follows up on the goals and due dates to ensure the delivery of various work assigned to their team
• Manages tasks in relevant production tools to properly supervise their team members' work (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
• Evaluates, analyzes, and resolves issues related to project management
• Helps plan and manage releases and builds
• Schedules and leads daily team meetings
• Organizes team-building exercises

Requirements

• Education: Baccalauréat en gestion, informatique ou domaines connexes
• Experience: At least 8 years of relevant production experience in the video game industry or similar background releasing software products
• Skills:
  • Experience supporting a live game with regular updates
  • Production experience in quest, narrative design and level art
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (both in English and French) to support internal and external teams in both languages
  • Passion for, and in-depth knowledge of, console and/or mobile video games
  • Organized and thorough, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience launching a PC/console project
  • Proven leadership and adaptability, driven by a high degree of autonomy and initiative

Nice to Have

• Experience in the video game industry
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
