Senior Product Analyst - Scalable Platform

Join Wise as a Senior Product Analyst for our Scalable Platform team, focusing on ensuring safe, sustainable, and profitable operations.

Responsibilities

1. Work with the Scalable Platform product team

   • Identify risks to the Grow squad in the domains of Financial, Regulatory, and Operational risks.
   • Build controls and assurance monitoring to ensure risks are sustainably managed.

2. Strategy & Governance

   • Serve as the primary data partner for Wise’s Scalable Platform product team.
   • Ensure the Grow squad is operating within safe limits.

Requirements

• Technical Mastery:

  • Expert-level SQL skills.
  • Comfortable building and maintaining robust data pipelines using dbt, Airflow, and Snowflake.
  • Proficient in Python for advanced automation and forecasting.
  • Apply statistical rigor (e.g., Bayesian statistics, causal inference) to solve complex product problems.

• Commercial & Risk Mindset:

  • Deep commercial fluency, understanding the unit economics of a fintech product (LTV, CAC, Margin).
  • Ability to balance aggressive growth targets with necessary risk controls.

• Thriving in Ambiguity:

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity to find the right path forward and gaining clarity.

• Strategic Impact:

  • Proven track record of influencing product roadmaps, pricing models, or operational processes.

• Communication:

  • Strong storytelling skills with data.
  • Ability to provide context, explain the "why," and drive leadership to the "so what".

We Offer

• Compensation: SGD 8500 - SGD 10900 per month
• Employment Type: Full-time
