For Hamburg or Berlin, we are looking for a Senior Product & Client Manager (all genders), who not only manages products but also continuously develops them – and never loses sight of the customer.

What awaits you:

• You are the contact person for our customers and develop digital products with them that make a real difference.
• You ensure a balanced approach between the goals of our customers and the diverse requirements from various disciplines.
• You lead by structuring, prioritizing, and moderating to effectively achieve customer goals.
• You maintain customer relationships, understand the challenges of our customers, and develop solution strategies.
• You create roadmaps and ensure continuous coordination between customers and internal teams.
• You are responsible for defining project goals, preparing offers, budget control, and reporting and forecasts.
• You continuously monitor performance, data, and KPIs and align strategies accordingly.
• You organize workshops and regular customer meetings to promote collaboration.

Requirements

• You move confidently between agile working methods and classical project management – and know when which approach is appropriate.
• You lead complex and multifaceted digital projects and are used to working with teams from various fields such as UX and UI as well as web, app, and backend development.
• You are highly familiar with resource and budget planning at the overall project and team level.
• You keep an eye on projects and customer goals financially and in terms of content – and steer early if necessary.
• You excel in excellent communication skills, both internally and externally, and can balance different interests and dependencies in the interest of the customer and the team.
• You negotiate confidently at the decision-maker level – convincingly, without being pushy.
• You are active in information gathering and building a strong network with customers and the team.
• You motivate the internal team with your positive nature, good briefings, and proactively drive new topics forward.
• You communicate fluently in German and confidently in English – in writing and verbally.
