About the Position

Senior Product Designer(台中市政府旁) - TITANSOFT 新加坡商鈦坦科技股份有限公司

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team in Taichung City, Taiwan. The role involves leading web product design and ensuring user-centric experiences.

Responsibilities

• Product Full-Process Design: Responsible for the planning, interface design, interaction design, visual design, and maintenance of web products. Ability to independently lead large or complex projects.
• Cross-Team Strategy Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers and development teams to formulate strategies, organize cross-departmental meetings, clarify project scopes, and explore optimal solutions.
• User-Centric Thinking: Actively collect and analyze stakeholder feedback, flexibly respond to changing needs, and ensure the balance between product value and user experience.
• Design Optimization and Standardization: Create design proposals, continuously track and evaluate results, optimize product experience, and establish and maintain design standards to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Professional Attitude and Flexibility: Possess independent thinking and clear expression skills, demonstrate a high sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, and be willing to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 3 weeks per year).

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in web/app product planning and interaction interface design, familiar with the complete product development process.
• Backend management website design experience, able to independently define design strategies and implement them.
• Proficiency in user-centered design methods, able to balance business needs with user experience.
• Commercial design thinking, able to ensure design quality from strategy to execution.
• Cross-functional team collaboration and leadership experience, able to effectively communicate design concepts and lead the team to achieve goals.
• Independent thinking and problem-solving skills, able to clearly express ideas and requirements.
• Visual design aesthetics, able to perform image processing, familiar with HTML5/CSS3 and responsive design principles.
• Passion for continuous learning, willingness to challenge and grow from successes and failures, demonstrating empathy, responsibility, and good teamwork.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with the gaming industry ecosystem and user behavior.
• Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• Advanced data analysis skills (in-depth application of GA4/GTM).
• Experience with agile or iterative processes.
• Familiarity with design system construction and maintenance.
