This is the job

Join our team of product designers on the lottery product focused on creating user-centered mobile and web applications. As a Senior Product Designer, you will work on complex challenges and translate them into intuitive, easy-to-use interfaces. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams based in Greece, London, Ireland, and Chicago.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive end-to-end user flows and experiences
• Prepare and hand over UX deliverables to relevant teams
• Create and maintain design documentation and systems
• Promote consistent design patterns and standards
• Support user research, testing, and validation activities
• Present design recommendations and rationale to stakeholders
• Collaborate with designers, product, engineering, and QA teams
• Participate in design reviews and team rituals

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product design across web and mobile platforms
• 4+ years of visual design experience (typography, UI, layout, color, iconography)
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant design work
• Degree in design or related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of responsive and mobile UI/UX principles
• Experience with user-centered design methods and accessibility
• Experience working in cross-functional agile teams
• Ability to validate design decisions using data and evidence
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Suite
