About the Position
Senior Product Designer
Build technologies that matter

Join our team of product designers focused on creating user-centered mobile and web applications. As a Senior Product Designer, you will work on complex challenges and translate them into intuitive, easy-to-use interfaces. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams based in Greece, London, Ireland, and Chicago.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive end-to-end user flows and experiences
- Prepare and hand over UX deliverables to relevant teams
- Create and maintain design documentation and systems
- Promote consistent design patterns and standards
- Support user research, testing, and validation activities
- Present design recommendations and rationale to stakeholders
- Collaborate with designers, product, engineering, and QA teams
- Participate in design reviews and team rituals
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in product design across web and mobile platforms
- 4+ years of visual design experience (typography, UI, layout, color, iconography)
- Portfolio demonstrating relevant design work
- Degree in design or related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of responsive and mobile UI/UX principles
- Experience with user-centered design methods and accessibility
- Experience working in cross-functional agile teams
- Ability to validate design decisions using data and evidence
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Suite
