About the Role

Are you passionate about creating excellent user interfaces, thinking in design systems, and directly influencing how modern B2B software works? Then we are looking for you.

We develop a B2B SaaS platform with snapAddy for the digital capture and processing of contact data. Our products are used as web applications and mobile apps by over 4,000 companies.

For our product team, we are looking for someone who will take responsibility for parts of our design system and our UI component library, and together with the product team and software development, ensure that our products are consistent, intuitive, and high-quality.

Responsibilities

Responsibility for Design Systems: You will continuously develop our UI component library for web and mobile, ensuring consistent patterns and interactions.
Development of our Product World: Your UI components form the foundation for the user interfaces of our web applications and mobile apps.
Design-to-Development: You will work closely with our software developers and accompany your designs from the idea through the prototype to the implementation.
Quality and Consistency: You have an eye for detail and ensure that our products are visually and functionally cohesive.
Own Responsibility: You identify improvement potentials independently, develop solutions, and proactively drive topics within our design system.
Collaboration in the Product Team: You will work closely with our existing product designer as well as your colleagues from product management, UI/UX, and software development.
Development of our Design Processes: You will help us continuously improve our working methods around Figma, components, prototyping, and collaboration with development.

Requirements

At least 5 years of professional experience in product, UI/UX, or interface design, ideally with responsibility for design systems, UI components, and patterns in a SaaS product.
Experience with complex B2B applications and the ability to design extensive user interfaces in a clear and understandable manner.
A good understanding of how a design system is structured, organized, and maintained in the long term.
Very good knowledge of Figma, especially in handling components, variants, auto layout, and prototyping.
A strong sense of UI quality, usability, typography, spacing, hierarchies, and visual consistency.
You work independently, proactively, and solution-oriented, and take responsibility for your topics.
You can explain your design decisions comprehensibly and enjoy working in exchange with other disciplines.

Nice to Have

You think in systems and reusable components, not just individual screens.
You have a basic understanding of the technical implementation of UI and enjoy exchanging ideas with developers.
You have already worked with component libraries or similar design system concepts.
You have experience with responsive design as well as web and mobile interfaces.
Bonus: You have already developed software or have experience with modern web technologies, such as Angular, HTML, CSS, or Tailwind.
