Responsibilities

As a Product Designer, you will bring a creative mindset to the heart of our engineering and product teams and play an essential role in impacting our products at TeamViewer.

• Design product concepts that balance vision, business potential, and intuitive user experiences
• Craft every detail for new product features from ideation to pixel-perfect execution
• Work closely with our UX Research team and connect with our customers to understand their needs and integrate feedback into product roadmaps and design iterations
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and team leads to support implementation and address any design-related queries to drive your vision to the ship line
• Support our evolving design system intentionally as we scale
• Design within technical, business, and time constraints, ensuring a balance between innovation and practicality

Requirements

• A university, college degree, or certification in Product Design, UX design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or any other related subject
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design within a product or software development team
• Well-rounded skills and experience to run projects independently end to end
• Experience in creating prototypes or detailed mockups to create clear and visually appealing human interfaces
• Proficiency in communicating complex design concepts clearly across different levels of the organization
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, user research, user testing, rapid prototyping, usability, and accessibility. Proven skills and working history in design and implementation of automated test plans
