Senior Product Engineer

About the Position

Teamvoy is an AI engineering company specializing in production AI for fintech, healthcare, insurance, and manufacturing. Founded in 2013, we take full ownership of delivery - architecture, implementation, compliance, and long-term support - with senior engineers on every engagement. We hire people who want hard problems with real stakes: KYC automation, clinical data pipelines, core banking AI, and claims processing. The work ships to production. We're building an investment product - banking, payments, and financial operations in one place. And we are looking for a Senior Product Engineer to join us. You'll lead a small team shipping it.

We care more about how you think than which language you write in: how systems connect, what users actually need, and how to move from idea to production fast. AI agents are part of how we build, not a side experiment.

Responsibilities

• Own product and technical delivery end-to-end - from validating assumptions with stakeholders to shipping to production.
• Translate business needs into pragmatic technical solutions and coordinate integrations across banking platforms, payment providers, and third-party services.
• Lead and mentor a small team of 2–3 engineers, setting direction on architecture and execution.
• Use AI agents and modern AI tooling to accelerate prototyping, implementation, testing, and validation.
• Partner directly with product and business stakeholders - no handoff between the person talking to users and the person writing the code.
• Ensure the reliability, scalability, and long-term maintainability of what you ship.

Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering experience in software development or QA engineering, including hands-on experience with programming languages and a strong understanding of software architecture, system integrations, programming concepts, and technical workflows.
• Strong background in fintech, banking products, payment systems, crypto processing, or investment platforms.
• Solid understanding of system integrations, APIs, distributed systems, and service interactions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading small engineering teams or cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong product mindset, business understanding, and ownership mentality with confident decision-making skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced product environments.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted workflows, AI agents, or modern AI engineering tooling for vibe-coding and fast prototyping.
• Ability to quickly evaluate and validate technical solutions.
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level; Native-level Ukrainian language.
