About the Position
Senior Product Engineer - LT / 高级产品工程师-线性传动技术_DCCS
Join Bosch in Shanghai as a Senior Product Engineer, focusing on local product strategy, market information, sales support, and administration for linear motion products.
Responsibilities
- Local Product Strategy: Define product market positioning according to business targets, monitor and review the implementation of product strategies, and make adjustments accordingly. Continuously monitor local needs and propose product localization strategies.
- Product Related Market Information and Marketing: Collect and organize local market and competition information, and provide relevant training and marketing materials.
- Product Sales Support: Build up local product know-how and distribute information. Support local business units regarding all product-related questions. Define and establish sales tools support.
- Product Administration: Provide operational product and system support over the total product life cycle, product program controlling, support logistics, after-sales, and service business.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanical engineering, mechatronics engineering, material engineering, mechanical process engineering, or other relevant disciplines.
- At least 5 years of experience in product management, sales, or application of linear motion products is preferred.
- Very strong team coordination ability and project-driving ability, with an affinity for data and business.
- Familiar with the key manufacturing processes for the linear motion system, especially for linear guiding systems, linear modules, and ball screw systems.
- Working language is Chinese, English as a working language is a plus.
- A solid team player for efficient team collaboration for internal cross-department and external partner cooperation.
