Responsibilities

• 产品技术转移: 针对进口产品，在国内市场进行产品技术培训，产品销售推广，产品文档撰写，制定国内市场产品推广战略。
• 本地产品开发: 针对本地产品，负责新产品开发的项目管理，产品本地化项目管理，产品 Business Case 计算以及设计 Go-to-market 计划。
• 生命周期管理: 负责实现利润和利润率、销售周转、产品迁移、新产品发布、高销量产品总结等指标，以及实施老产品下架等策略。
• 市场分析: 包括竞争对手分析，市场新技术分析，制造业行业趋势分析等。
• 产品战略: 负责制定产品市场定位，产品价格战略，产品成本分析，产品销售工具包等。

Requirements

• 学历: 本科及以上学历，需要是理工科背景，电气自动化专业优先。
• 经验: 5到10年工作经验，需要是制造业行业背景，有电气自动化行业相关经验者优先。
• 技能:
  • 了解电气自动化相关产品技术，拥有运动控制、伺服驱动及电机、磁悬浮传送技术、工控软件等相关项目经验者优先。
  • 具有较强产品技术，逻辑清晰，思维严谨。
  • 优秀的中英文表达能力、沟通技巧以及演讲能力。
  • 对自动化市场和技术趋势有自己的洞察和见解，有半导体或者 3C 行业经验者优先。
