At Albeado, we are revolutionizing real-time causal AI predictions, optimizations, and interventions. We are seeking a Senior Product Engineer/Manager to drive all product requirements from sales and marketing through to technical performance aspects. This role requires hands-on technical skills and the ability to manage a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Product Ownership: As the Albeado product owner, you will be responsible for the overall business and technical success of the products you manage.
• Roadmap and Strategy: Own the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, engineering, development, and senior executives to prioritize key features and functionality.
• Documentation: Prepare product requirements documentation (PRD) in collaboration with marketing, software development, and solutions engineering teams.
• Customer Interaction: Act as the product champion when working with customers, prospects, and key partners.
• Technical Oversight: Oversee the acceptance testing of software deliverables.
• Validation and Performance: Validate and ensure the performance of various homegrown and third-party tools and data platforms in our enterprise-level real-time cloud computation environment.
• Integration: Devise optimal product integration schemes in terms of data performance, scalability, and ease of evolution, while maintaining flexibility for new tool integration.

Requirements

• Experience: More than 5 years, including 3+ years in an enterprise software environment.
