About the Position
Senior Product Manager
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team at Tango, a fast-growing startup revolutionizing the way work is done through automation and intelligent agents. As our one and only PM, you will partner with a senior design team to steer our product roadmap and drive growth.

Responsibilities
- Steer the ship: Own the product roadmap, making investment decisions backed by customer evidence and data.
- Find the next opportunity: Identify growth areas through customer conversations, evidence, and small tests.
- Live with our customers: Conduct continuous discovery, understand user needs, and translate them into product features.
- Hold the bar and measure impact: Define success metrics, drive post-launch analysis, and ensure we meet our goals.
- Own rollout planning: Manage launches from PRD to go-to-market, including sequencing, packaging, enablement, and post-launch loops.
- Lead AI and MCP platform work: Define integration with the agentic ecosystem and deliver AI features that solve real workflows.
- Partner with a world-class design team: Collaborate closely with designers to bring strong PRDs to life and ensure successful product delivery.
Requirements
- 7+ years in software product roles, with a proven track record of scaling products.
- Experience at two or more companies or products.
- Deep customer-discovery habit, with a focus on real user conversations.
- Systematic and data-driven approach, fluent in product analytics.
- Relentless follow-through and exceptional communication skills.
- Comfort being the senior product voice, with the ability to make calls under ambiguity.
- Bonus points for experience with AI-powered products, MCP, mentoring, B2B SaaS, and growth/monetization work.

- Competitive base salary: $170,000 – $190,000
