Responsibilities
- Execute the roadmap for AI Voice, translating customer needs and business priorities into a clear plan for what ships and when.
- Monitor AI accuracy, resolution rates, and system performance, and surface actionable improvements before customers feel the impact.
- Engage directly with hotel clients and internal stakeholders to understand operational pain points and turn them into product requirements.
- Collaborate with Engineering, AI/ML, and Infrastructure to prioritize platform investments around reliability, latency, and scale.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as resolution rate, accuracy, latency, and containment, and use that data to inform prioritization and communicate progress.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and customer success to keep teams aligned as new AI capabilities move from development into rollout.
Requirements
- 5+ years in product management, with experience shipping AI, conversational AI, or technically complex SaaS products.
- Technical fluency in conversational AI, including LLMs, NLP, and dialog management, to collaborate effectively with engineers and ask the right questions.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to connect product metrics to customer and business outcomes.
- Experience working directly with customers and incorporating their feedback into what you build.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and keep teams aligned without direct authority.
We Offer
- Compensation: Target cash compensation ranges from $160,000 - $200,000, including a fixed annual salary and a performance-based bonus paid quarterly. This role also includes a stock option grant, subject to board approval.
