Senior Product Manager - APAC Expansion

About the Position

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team for the expansion of Wise's products in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. This role will be based in South Korea and will involve leading product launches and growth in some of our most core, fastest-growing Asian markets.

Responsibilities

• Own core APAC markets end-to-end: Be the primary product owner for markets where we have conviction or demonstrated product-market fit. Work with a large team to ship features, products, and amazing experiences to our customers in APAC.
• Design and ship new products: Experiment, improve, expand, and iterate to drive measurable growth in your markets.
• Lead new market entry for critical markets: From positioning and initial product scoping, through license acquisition, all the way to launch. Collaborate with regional marketing, pricing, and operations teams to drive go-to-market strategy.
• Use data relentlessly: Inform decisions, forecast outcomes, and measure impact. Experience with tools like Lightdash, Superset, and Snowflake is a plus, but bring your tool of choice.
• Collaborate across functions: Work with designers, engineers, analysts, compliance, banking teams, and regional leadership to move fast and ship things that matter.

Requirements

• Product Management: At least 4+ years in product roles post-graduation. Experience in shipping products at scale and operating hands-on and detailed.
• Strategic Thinking: Strong signs of strategic, high-level thinking and the ability to forecast and own the first and second-order effects of your decisions.
• Entrepreneurial: Experience in go-to-market execution, at startups, or modern tech or finance companies is a strong plus.
• Strong iterative muscle: Comfortable with ambiguity and able to turn fuzzy problems into structured plans.
• Data-driven: Ability to run queries or partner with analysts to deep-dive into Wise’s rich data lakes to find insights that change the product direction.
• Product Sense: Ability to articulate clearly why a product works (or doesn't) and dig deep to run high-quality research.

Nice to Have

• Experience in market launches, licensing, or regulatory work in Asia.
• Background in fintech, neobanks, crypto exchanges, super-apps, or API/platform products.
• Startup or scale-up founder experience.
• Professional fluency in written and spoken Korean.
