Senior Product Manager, Cloud

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Cloud to lead the development and delivery of Cloud-focused features for our flagship offering at ClickHouse.

Responsibilities

• Feature Ideation, Definition, and Development

  • Define and drive development of existing initiatives comprising the product roadmap for ClickHouse Cloud.
  • Ensure that these initiatives align with our company goals and meet customer needs.
  • Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform priorities and manage the product backlog.
  • Propose net-new initiatives, contributing directly to our overall product strategy and direction.

• Cross-functional Leadership and Collaboration

  • Coordinate with design, engineering, and security teams to ensure alignment on scope and timeline for each project.
  • Identify, communicate, and resolve cross-team blockers and dependencies.
  • Deliver periodic status updates to leadership and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute on feature launch strategy.
  • Conduct pre-launch enablement sessions for sales and support teams.

• Performance Monitoring and Incremental Improvement

  • Define, track, and own key performance indicators (KPIs) for your projects and report on progress to stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze product usage and performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Suggest incremental improvements that reduce jagged edges and contribute to a polished product experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of cloud software engineering or related technical experience
• Experience working with SQL databases and data analytics (prior experience with ClickHouse preferred but not required)
• Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality products to market
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform product decisions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve goals

Compensation

Compensation Range: $180K - $270K
