Responsibilities
- Product Vision and Strategy: Define the platform vision and data ecosystem, creating a strategic roadmap aligned with customer and company goals.
- Product Discovery: Lead continuous discovery efforts with internal and external stakeholders. Develop and test hypotheses around the value and viability of platform, security, and data solutions. Translate findings into prototypes and architectural documentation to communicate concepts effectively.
- Product Delivery: Guide the product delivery process from concept to adoption. Manage roadmaps, ensuring feasibility and usability. Work closely with technical data leads, core platform leads, and product managers to balance customer value with business priorities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate Core Platform and Data teams. Partner with PMs, Marketing, and Sales on requirements for security, identity/access management, and platform integrations. Ensure platform updates align seamlessly with user applications.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use platform telemetry and agreed KPIs to monitor performance, track feature adoption, manage technical debt, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 7+ years experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS, platform, or data-focused roles.
- Proven track record of delivering scalable core platform or data products in cross-functional environments.
- Experience working with technical teams (Engineering, Data, DevOps) and understanding of platform architecture, security, access management, APIs, and data workflows.
- Familiarity with product discovery techniques, customer interviews, prototyping, and MVP testing.
- Strong analytical and collaboration skills to navigate complex projects and deadlines.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to communicate technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g., pharma, healthcare, compliance) is a plus.
