Our client, a Silicon Valley-based profitable B2C product startup building innovative mobile solutions for the planet, is now looking for a talented and experienced Senior Product Manager to join its expanding team.

Our flagship VPN product serves over 10 million monthly active users across mobile and desktop platforms. With additional products in development, we are scaling globally and investing heavily in product quality, performance, and growth.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own active users on the company's Windows and macOS apps, a small part of the business today. Growing it is the job. You're measured on installs, daily active users (DAU), connection success, and retention, not features shipped. No VPN experience needed. Learning the product deeply, fast, is.

You lead two engineering teams, one per platform (about 10 engineers, dedicated QA, and a desktop designer), so keeping both focused on what matters is core to the job. You will report to the Head of Product.

Responsibilities

• Own desktop growth end to end.
• Lead two engineering teams, one per platform.
• Validate desktop metrics and understand the funnel.
• Develop and agree on funnel targets, strategy, and roadmap.
• Ensure bug fixes, features, and improvements reach users faster.

Requirements

• A growth track record: you've owned a consumer product metric and moved it. Tell us which one, by how much, and how.
• Technical depth: you can discuss architecture, networking, and OS trade-offs with engineers, and you learn new domains fast and accurately.
• Hands-on with data: you build and check funnels yourself. We use Metabase on ClickHouse and PostHog, mostly with AI, so you don't need to write SQL from scratch. You do need to read, check, and explain it.
• Delivery you can show: you've kept remote engineering teams focused, managed scope and tech debt, and made them ship faster.
• Fluent in English (Upper-Intermediate or above).

Nice to Have

• Desktop shipping experience on Windows and/or macOS, including releases and post-release quality.
• Background in VPN, security, privacy, or networking products.
• Subscription product experience: paywalls, pricing, sign-in, and conversion optimization.
• Experience with crash and performance monitoring (e.g., Sentry) and lifecycle messaging tools (e.g., CleverTap).
