Senior Product Manager, Enterprise

About the Position

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager, Enterprise to join Nebius, a leading company in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. You will be responsible for shaping the future of our AI cloud platform for large customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise roadmap: Define what we build for large customers, in what order, and why.
• Manage the platform: Oversee organizations and identity, keys and quotas, spend controls, usage observability and audit, policy enforcement, and data residency.
• Product decisions: Make decisions on our API surface for enterprise use, ensuring developers can build without friction.
• Collaborate with teams: Work with customer success, sales, and forward-deployed engineering to understand enterprise needs and spend time in accounts to see it firsthand.
• Differentiate requests: Identify which requests are edge cases and which are patterns worth building for.
• Hand off tasks: Transfer tasks to other product areas with the necessary evidence.
• Support sales and marketing: Provide the positioning, materials, and product understanding needed to sell a technical product effectively.
• Represent customers: Make roadmap decisions based on evidence rather than anecdotes.

Requirements

• Experience: 6+ years of product management experience, with a significant part spent on enterprise products in B2B, developer platform, or API businesses.
• Technical understanding: Experience building developer-facing or API products and platform capabilities that enterprises depend on.
• Enterprise experience: Proven track record of working with large enterprise accounts and turning insights into shipped product.
• Technical credibility: Credibility with technical buyers such as platform teams, architects, security, and procurement.
• Technical background: Strong understanding of LLMs, AI agents, and search and retrieval in agentic workflows. Hands-on technical background is a strong plus.
• Decision-making: Ability to turn many messy customer conversations into one clear, prioritized product argument.
• Alignment: Proven ability to drive alignment without formal authority.

Nice to Have

• Background: Experience as a forward-deployed engineer, solutions engineer, or solutions architect before moving into product.
• Additional experience: Experience in search, information retrieval, or NLP.
• API-first businesses: Experience in API-first businesses running both self-serve and enterprise motions.
• Regulated industries: Experience building for regulated industries such as financial services, insurance, or healthcare.
