Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

To enhance our product direction, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager – a specialist with experience in developing fintech products, who can work with complex business logic, customer scenarios, integrations, product metrics, and development teams. This role is for a leader with full ownership, capable of leading products from strategy to release and being responsible for business results.

Responsibilities

Formulate product vision, roadmap, and development priorities for fintech products;
Manage backlog and priorities based on product metrics;
Work with stakeholders: gather requirements, systematize them, identify contradictions, challenge raw requests, and align priorities between different teams;
Be responsible for all product components from interfaces to technical specifications and monitoring;
Convert complex business requirements into a clear, prioritized scope for the development team;
Engage in subject matter discussions with tech leads and architects regarding system requirements;
Work closely with the Project Manager, development team, QA, designer, marketing, sales, and legal/compliance for a quality product launch.

Requirements

4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner;
Experience in fintech areas such as payment systems, banking, PSP, acquiring;
Ability to make independent decisions and evaluate them through the lens of business value, costs, and risks;
Practical experience in interacting with a wide range of stakeholders;
Skill in gathering and systematizing requirements into a clear and understandable scope for development;
Understanding of the technical side of the product at the level of component architecture, APIs, and logs;
Experience in successfully using AI in workflows or product solutions;
Results-oriented and ability to independently develop solutions for complex challenges;
English at the Upper Intermediate level.

Nice to Have

Technical background in development or systems analysis;
Experience in product companies with a full cycle from discovery to go-to-market.
