(Senior) Product Manager [Inventory Distribution & Tracking]

Bonial International GmbH is seeking a (Senior) Product Manager for Inventory Distribution & Tracking to join our team in Berlin, Germany. This role is on-site and offers an exciting opportunity to be part of the digitalisation of retail.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product roadmap and vision for your area, making clear prioritization calls including what not to build.
• Run continuous discovery with clients and internal users to deeply understand workflows, pain points, and needs.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from problem framing and scoping through to shipping, measuring outcomes, and iterating.
• Define success metrics and track the performance of your products.
• Align diverse stakeholders across Business Operations, Sales, Engineering teams, and Data.
• Translate complex requirements into clear, actionable user stories for your team.

Requirements

• Product Management experience in an agile organization, with a track record of owning a product area end-to-end.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, able to align competing priorities and drive decisions across teams.
• Data-driven and tech-savvy – you can self-serve on data, form hypotheses, and engage deeply with engineers on technical solutions.
• Pragmatic and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and break complex problems into tangible pieces.
• Experience working with internal users and developing internal tooling.
• Familiarity with inventory management, ad delivery, campaign operations, or external tracking integrations is an advantage.
