Senior Product Manager, KYB - MoonPay Enterprise
Location: London - Hybrid / United Kingdom - Remote

Responsibilities
KYB Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Business onboarding end-to-end, across every model MoonPay Enterprise runs.
- Platform altitude. KYB decisions ripple into KYC, Travel Rule capture, banking-provider onboarding, and Issuance partner diligence.
- Decide where KYB coverage expands and in what order.
- Genuine product depth on MoonPay Enterprise is non-negotiable.
Onboarding Funnel & Conversion
- Manage the KYB funnel: pass rate, time-to-verified, manual review rate, and drop-off per step.
- Instrument what isn't instrumented. Make approval speed and rejection quality measurable.
- Fix rejection UX. Ensure declined businesses get clear reasons and retry semantics.
KYB API & Partner Experience
- Manage the KYB API surface: statuses, webhooks, document submission, and edge cases.
- Ensure partners integrate KYB in weeks and self-serve their onboarding questions.
Compliance as Product
- Turn compliance-approved onboarding matrices into product logic.
- Decide how EDD triggers, high-risk classification, prohibited industries, and Travel Rule capture show up in the product.
Vendor & Provider Orchestration
- Manage the verification stack and build-versus-buy decisions.
- Push automation. Decide where AI-assisted review replaces manual queues.
- Ensure KYB compatibility with every banking provider.
Requirements
- Principal-level PM with real KYB or KYC depth.
- High agency. Find the problem, claim it, and fix it.
- Full autonomy. Take an unowned surface from first principles to shipped.
- AI-fluent by default. Use AI tools daily for analysis, prototyping, and drafting.
- Compliance is a design constraint, not a blocker.
- At home in API-first B2B. Your users are partner engineers and businesses.
- Experience running verification vendors (SumSub, Persona, or equivalents).
