Senior Product Manager

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager for a high-impact, high-autonomy role where you will take ownership of product direction, lead discovery with clients, adapt the roadmap in a fast-evolving AI-driven environment, and work directly with leadership to influence product strategy.

Our client is an innovative US-based AI startup transforming how critical infrastructure is managed. The company builds advanced machine learning solutions that help organizations make smarter, data-driven decisions at scale. They operate in a stable and growing niche, working with enterprise and public-sector customers, and have already established a strong presence in North America. The team is currently expanding its engineering function in Europe, with a focus on Greece.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery sessions with clients
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements
• Own and evolve the product roadmap, adapting to AI/LLM capabilities (e.g., Claude)
• Act as the main product point of contact for the engineering team in Greece
• Ensure alignment between stakeholders across Europe and the US
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle
• Work independently with a high level of ownership

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of Product Management experience (SaaS/technical products preferred)
• Strong experience in product discovery and stakeholder communication
• Experience working in startup environments and small, fast-moving teams
• Exposure to AI / ML / LLM-driven products is a plus
• Upper-Intermediate/Fluent English for the ability to work directly with US clients
• Proven ability to operate autonomously
• Strong ownership mindset and accountability for outcomes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and make decisions with incomplete information
