About the Position
We are Strimco, a Ukrainian GovTech company and strategic partner in the digital transformation of the state. We create complex digital products and services that change the interaction between the state, citizens, and businesses.
We are looking for a Product Manager who will help launch new GovTech products, shape their strategy, and transform complex government processes into modern digital solutions. Responsibilities
- Launching new complex GovTech products: from the discovery phase to handover to the delivery team.
- Defining product vision, goals, MVP scope, roadmap, priorities, and success criteria.
- Supporting existing products during escalations, critical situations, or periods of uncertainty.
- Conducting in-depth research in public sector domains: government registries, public services, justice, defense, healthcare, education, and other regulated areas.
- Conducting product audits, identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement, and formulating practical recommendations.
- Supporting presale activities: analyzing tender documentation, forming product concepts, defining scope of work, and preparing proposal materials.
- Collaborating closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers, UX/UI Designers, Solution Architects, Developers, QA Engineers, legal experts, and client representatives.
- Helping teams find a balance between user needs, business goals, legal requirements, and technical feasibility.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
- Experience working with complex digital products, platforms, information systems, or enterprise solutions.
- Deep understanding of the discovery process, forming product scope, defining MVP, planning roadmap, managing backlog, and prioritization.
- Ability to work with vague, incomplete, or changing requirements.
- Strong analytical, communication skills, and experience interacting with stakeholders.
- Ability to quickly immerse in new subject areas and structure complex information.
- Experience in preparing product concepts, roadmaps, presentations, commercial proposals, audits, or decision-making materials.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in GovTech, digital transformation of the public sector, government registries, public services, defense, healthcare, education, justice, or other regulated industries is a significant advantage.
