About the Position

Senior Product Manager - Missions

This is a hybrid role. As a Senior Product Manager - Missions, you will be responsible for leading a cross-functional squad focused on solving a clearly defined, high-value customer or business problem.

Working with engineering, design, data, and commercial teams to own measurable outcomes from strategy and discovery through to delivery.

Reporting to the Director of Product, you will be part of the Product team, who will own a strategically important mission and its outcomes from end to end. Shape the product strategy, roadmap, and priorities around a measurable customer or business problem.

Responsibilities

• Shape the product strategy, roadmap, and priorities around a measurable customer or business problem.
• Lead discovery and delivery with engineering, design, data, and commercial partners.
• Use customer insight, data, and experimentation to test assumptions and adapt investment decisions.
• Define success metrics and align stakeholders around priorities, dependencies, and trade-offs.

Requirements

• More than five years' product management experience, with a track record of taking consumer products from concept to market.
• Experience leading cross-functional product squads against clearly defined customer or business outcomes.
• Experience turning broad or ambiguous problems into measurable outcomes, hypotheses, and priorities.
• Strong experience using quantitative data, customer insight, experimentation, and research to make evidence-based decisions.
