Job description

About the Position

TeleClinic GmbH, Germany's leading platform for online doctor visits, is seeking a Senior Product Manager – Patient Experience (m/w/d) to join our remote team. With four million treatments and a 4.9-star rating, our goal is to become a loved brand where every touchpoint is a 5-star experience, making us a daily companion for patients' health. As a Senior Product Manager, you will shape the patient experience on iOS, Android, and Web, focusing on engagement and retention metrics to help us become one of Germany's most used health apps.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Roadmap Ownership: Define the direction based on the Patient Experience Mission and shape the roadmap. Identify levers that drive the 5-star patient experience and iteratively develop our goals.
  • End-to-End Discovery: Identify real patient problems through feedback, data, and market research. Develop ideas quickly and assess their impact. Collaborate closely with your team and others to create a prioritized concept, from ideation to (AI-)prototyping, ready for implementation.
  • Experiments & Iteration: Test hypotheses before expanding features. Design end-to-end experiments, define success criteria, and validate through user feedback and data to determine what works and what doesn't. Decide on rollout or rollback after each experiment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Patient Growth, Patient Partnerships, Doctor Experience, and other missions to create outstanding end-to-end patient journeys.
  • Team: Manage the roadmap of your mission in a trio with an Engineering Manager and a Product Designer, supported by nine engineers including QA. Our stack includes iOS, Android, Web, and Low Code, ensuring nothing limits what you can offer patients.

Requirements

  • Product Craft: Several years of experience as a Product Manager for consumer products, ideally with a focus on product experience and engagement.
  • Discovery: Experience in clarifying direction in unclear problem areas, aligning teams with a clear strategy, and translating it into product solutions.
  • Product Sense: Ability to recognize when a solution is good enough and when it is not, with the ability to justify your reasoning. Strong aesthetic understanding and attention to detail that excites patients are a definite plus.
  • Platform: Experience with native iOS, Android, and React applications. Good understanding of the technical requirements and limitations of the platforms.
  • Communication & Documentation: In a remote-first work environment, build on excellent written communication and documentation to unite stakeholders behind your vision.
  • Data: Several years of experience using analytics tools like Metabase, Mixpanel, or similar to estimate potential, quantify user behavior, and evaluate experiments.
  • Process & Team: Experience in actively shaping the discovery and delivery processes of a product team and continuously improving its effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Language: Our working language is English, while our patients write in German. You should be comfortable in both.

We Offer

  • Remote First: Work from anywhere in Europe or from countries with a maximum 2-hour time difference to Germany.
  • Workation: Twice a year, you can work outside Europe for up to 3 weeks.
  • Employer of Record: If you work outside Germany, you will be hired through an Employer of Record who handles all legal matters and payroll.
  • Co-Working Week: Twice a year, all employees gather at an inspiring location to work together, exchange ideas, and have a good time.

Benefits

  • Discount on Urban Sports Club membership
  • 30 days of vacation per year
  • Training: up to €1,000, plus 2 training days
  • Access to eLearning platforms like LinkedIn Learning or Reforge
  • Discounts in various shops through Corporate Benefits
