About the Position

Senior Product Manager - Payments

Join Entain as a Senior Product Manager - Payments in London, leading a team to shape the future of digital payments in the gaming sector.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary lead for the sub-domain, accountable for the outcomes ensuring quality, effective, and timely product delivery.
  • Lead, develop, and coach a stellar team of product, engineering, and design colleagues, guiding them in discovery, prioritization, and execution of product initiatives.
  • Establish and drive a culture of customer closeness across the team, driving an iterative approach to achieve outcomes.
  • Coach the use of agile methodologies.
  • Drive product metrics that demonstrate product impact for our customers and our business.
  • Collaborate closely with Commercial leaders ensuring our OKRs and roadmaps are aligned to our key business goals.
  • Develop and drive clear OKRs for your team, aligned to our business strategy.

Requirements

  • A demonstrated track record of successfully managing products from concept to market, across multiple squads.
  • Experience in the digital payments sector within a high payment volume business.
  • Experience with international payment methods and multi-currency payment systems.
  • Familiarity with payments compliance for international markets would be beneficial.
  • A strong grasp of payment ecosystems and financial systems.
  • Strong experience of developing consumer products.
  • Team leadership – experience developing and coaching squads to achieve shared objectives.
  • Demonstrated understanding and experience of agile methodologies.
  • OKR definition & tracking – ability to establish OKRs aligned to organizational goals.
