About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team in Kraków, focusing on AI-assisted development and product discovery. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be a partner for both the client and the team, from understanding the needs to making product decisions and priorities, and delivering solutions. We are looking for someone who can question assumptions, simplify, and make decisions that save days, weeks, or months of development.

Responsibilities

Partner with clients and teams to define goals, priorities, and scope, and verify what is truly worth building.
Validate assumptions and find the simplest path to business value.
Ensure value for money, budget, and time to market.

Requirements

Ability to understand the client's business, grasp their true needs, and translate them into specific product decisions.
Ability to operate both strategically (CxO level) and operationally (scrum teams, understanding technical aspects). Understanding of how and why Scrum works.
Ability to question requirements and assumptions and find simpler ways to achieve the same goal.
Ability to make decisions with incomplete information and take responsibility for them.

Nice to Have

Experience experimenting with AI and interest in its impact on product discovery and delivery.
Experience in building products from discovery and validation to MVP.
Experience in managing products for both internal and external clients.
