Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the implementation and further development of the product roadmap and product backlog for Search, Recommendation, and Personalization, as well as translating business owner's technical requirements and priorities into user stories, product concepts, and implementation plans.
• Close collaboration with the business owner in defining product goals, priorities, and success metrics, while being responsible for the product solution and its implementation, with the business owner retaining the technical goal setting and business prioritization.
• Optimization of product search, search results, navigation, and purchase support, as well as the further development of functions such as shopping lists, quick ordering, and reordering.
• Use and further development of search, recommendation, and AI technologies, as well as ensuring a scalable and high-performance technical solution.
• Analysis of user behavior and product metrics to identify optimization potentials, planning and conducting tests, releases, and product improvements, as well as deriving measures for product development and supporting the achievement of business KPIs responsible for by the business owner.
• Management of interdisciplinary teams from engineering, analytics, and UX.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in e-commerce.
• Knowledge of search, recommendation, or personalization technologies.
• Experience in agile product organizations.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Power BI, or similar analytics tools is desirable.
• High technical understanding and the ability to translate business requirements into digital solutions.
• Ideally, know-how in Algolia, Vertex AI Search, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, or Solr.
