About the Position
Senior Product Manager (Segment Entreprises)
Are you ready to shape the future of our insurance solutions for small businesses and freelancers? As a Senior Product Manager, you play a key role in the development, positioning, and profitability of our product offerings within the enterprise segment.
Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for the development and improvement of products and services for small businesses and freelancers
- Coordinate the entire product development lifecycle, from concept, conditions, and governance to launch preparation, in close collaboration with multiple internal stakeholders
- Monitor market trends and evolving customer needs, and translate them into innovative product solutions
- Contribute to defining the positioning of our product portfolio in the market and within our distribution channels
- Analyze market data, customer feedback, and distributor needs to support strategic decision-making
- Monitor product profitability and initiate targeted improvements when necessary
- Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal product positioning
Requirements
- Extensive and in-depth knowledge of business insurance (including Fire/Property, Automobile, Liability, Business Interruption, Accidents, and Electronics)
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in an insurance company in one or more of these areas. Experience as an underwriting assistant or underwriter in this segment is a plus
- Good understanding of the business insurance market and the broker environment
- Analytical mindset with a customer and results-oriented approach, and proactive attitude
- Excellent communication skills, enabling you to mobilize stakeholders at different levels of the organization
- Proficiency in Dutch and good knowledge of French and English
- Team player, eager to learn and open to change
- Master's degree (preferably in law) or equivalent experience
