Senior Product Manager – US Market

Click&Boat is the European leader in boat rentals. Our marketplace makes boating accessible around the world, from a day trip to a week-long adventure, while enabling private and professional boat owners to generate additional income through rentals.

Responsibilities

• US Market Launch & Expansion: Own the product strategy for launching and scaling Click&Boat in the US - from product adaptation to geographic expansion.
• Vision & Execution: Align a leadership team around a clear product vision, then turn it into concrete priorities that help your squads deliver maximum value.
• Decision Making: Comfortable making decisions with 40–70% of the information, using data to guide you without waiting for perfect certainty.
• Cross-Cultural Collaboration: Work closely with tech, design, operations, and senior leadership, bridging our European teams with the realities of the US market.
• Language: Fluent or bilingual in English and have a strong familiarity with the US market, from having lived, worked, or studied there.

Requirements

• Product Management: Proven experience in product management.
• US Market: Experience launching or scaling a product in a new market, ideally the US.
• Cross-Cultural Collaboration: Ability to work in a diverse, cross-cultural environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience launching or scaling a product in a new market, ideally the US.
• Fluency in French and/or Spanish.

Our Barcelona office is located in the historic heart of Ciutat Vella, just steps from the Barcelona Cathedral, in a modern coworking space, only a 20-minute walk from the marina.
