Responsibilities
As a Senior Product Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Understanding the infrastructure needed to support the growth of revenue streams.
- Owning the comprehensive product roadmap and ensuring alignment across internal stakeholders.
- Driving portfolio-level prioritization aligned with overall business strategy.
- Leading customer discovery initiatives and mentoring team members in conducting interviews.
- Establishing advanced reporting and monitoring frameworks.
- Designing and implementing feedback loops at scale.
- Ensuring company-wide understanding of product efforts through regular communication.
- Overseeing the translation of needs into detailed epics and initiatives.
- Collaborating closely with UX designers, developers, data scientists, technical project managers, customers, and senior leadership.
Requirements
- 5 - 8 years of experience in product management and/or customer discovery.
- Bachelor’s degree or Post-Secondary Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of user engagement metrics and product KPIs.
- Proficiency in Agile planning methods and managing products through discovery, launch, and continuous review.
- Excellent written, verbal, and virtual presentation skills.
- Strong strategic mindset, diplomacy, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
