Senior Product Manager, Vehicle Data (Regional Growth) – EMEA

Geotab is a global leader in IoT and connected transportation, certified as a “Great Place to Work™.” We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team in Berlin, Germany. This role is a permanent full-time position within the Product Management area of interest.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Understanding the infrastructure needed to support the growth of revenue streams.
• Owning the development of a comprehensive product roadmap.
• Leading high-impact customer discovery initiatives.
• Driving prioritization at a portfolio level.
• Establishing advanced reporting and monitoring frameworks.
• Designing and implementing feedback loops at scale.
• Ensuring company-wide understanding of product efforts.
• Leading complex problem and solution validation.
• Overseeing the translation of needs into detailed epics and initiatives.
• Collecting and analyzing feedback to continuously improve products.
• Enhancing product management frameworks and mentoring other product managers.

Requirements

• 5 - 8 years of experience in product management and/or customer discovery.
• Bachelor’s degree or Post-Secondary Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience with user engagement metrics and product KPIs.
• Strong proficiency in Agile planning methods.
• Excellent written, verbal, and virtual presentation skills.
• Strong strategic mindset, diplomacy, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
