Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Understanding the infrastructure needed to support the growth of revenue streams.
• Owning the comprehensive product roadmap and driving portfolio-level prioritization aligned with overall business strategy.
• Leading high-impact customer discovery initiatives and mentoring team members.
• Establishing advanced reporting and monitoring frameworks.
• Designing and implementing feedback loops at scale.
• Ensuring company-wide understanding of product efforts through regular communication.
• Overseeing the translation of needs into detailed epics and initiatives.
• Collecting and analyzing feedback to continuously improve products.
• Leading efforts to enhance product management frameworks.

Requirements

• Experience: 5 - 8 years of experience in product management and/or customer discovery.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Post-Secondary Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Skills:
  • Strong understanding of user engagement metrics and product KPIs.
  • Proficiency in Agile planning methods and practices.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and virtual presentation skills.
  • Strong strategic mindset, diplomacy, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

• Experience with mentoring other product managers.
• Additional experience in a similar role within the IoT or connected transportation industry.
