We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager Logistics (w/m/d) to join our team. This is a full-time position starting immediately.

JTL is one of the leading providers of e-commerce software in the German-speaking region, with around 450 employees in the group and over 50,000 customers from various industries. We develop scalable, flexible solutions for the online retail of the future, from ERP systems to shop and marketplace connections.

As the Senior Product Marketing Manager Logistics, you will be responsible for the marketing of our logistics core products – WMS, Shipping, and our Fulfillment Network – as the local CMO of your product area. In close collaboration with Product Management, Sales, and the central Shared Services, you will turn strategy and implementation into measurable pipeline impact. We work AI-natively.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the marketing of your product area end-to-end – as the local CMO, with your own pipeline and budget.
• You will develop the positioning, ICP, USPs, and messaging of your product area within the Group framework.
• You will plan and manage the campaign strategy across all channels (channel mix, quarterly planning, local demand generation) and allocate your budget.
• You will work strategically and fully hands-on – from product marketing to campaign planning and content creation, including launches, KPIs, and performance optimization.
• You will utilize the central Shared Services (Performance Marketing, SEO & GAIO, Marketing Automation, Design) and work AI-natively for speed and efficiency.

Requirements

Your Profile

• You are a B2B-SaaS marketing generalist with several years of experience across the entire marketing mix, ideally with a focus on product marketing.
• You have already had clear contact with the pipeline and demand generation – you think not just in terms of awareness, but in funnel impact.
• You work strategically and fully hands-on and deliver independently – without needing support for every task.
• You think entrepreneurially and take true end-to-end ownership – you run your area like your own business.
• You think AI-natively and use AI tools for content, campaigns, and speed.
• You speak fluent German and English.
