About the Position

Senior Product Owner Consultant

Join GFT Poland as a Senior Product Owner Consultant to shape the vision and strategy for a new digital investment product in mobile banking.

Responsibilities

• Shape the product vision, MVP, and discovery approach
• Define hypotheses and validate product ideas with stakeholders and users
• Co-create the solution direction for digital investment journeys
• Lead product discovery activities for onboarding, accounts, investing, and portfolios
• Work closely with senior business stakeholders and present recommendations in an executive context
• Translate customer and business needs into clear product direction
• Support rapid iterations and decision making in a product-focused team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a simple and intuitive mobile experience

Requirements

• Strong experience in product discovery and MVP definition
• Ability to work in a hypothesis-driven product environment
• Practical experience in shaping product strategy and vision
• Experience building digital products, ideally in fintech or financial services
• Knowledge of investment products such as stocks, ETFs, or funds
• Understanding of retail investing and wealth management solutions
• Experience with brokerage or capital markets domains
• Hands-on experience designing mobile applications and self-service journeys
• Understanding of digital investment onboarding processes and MiFID requirements
• Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and present to executive audiences
• Experience working with financial institutions or fintech companies
