About the Position

We are seeking a strategic Senior Product Owner for Radioligand Therapy to define and drive the Alpha-Suite roadmap at a European leader in AI-driven precision oncology.

This mission-critical role will shape how molecular radiation therapies are selected, planned, optimized, and delivered at scale. You will co-design clinically impactful AI tools with top oncology and nuclear medicine centers, translating complex clinical, imaging, and dosimetry workflows into intuitive, safe, and scalable product features used globally. Your work will expand access to personalized RLT, accelerate oncology research, and raise the standard of care worldwide.

Location: Paris, France (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the product vision and roadmap for Alpha-Suite, shaping the next-generation RLT ecosystem.
  • Define high-level product requirements for AI-driven patient eligibility, advanced individualized dosimetry, and trial matching intelligence.
  • Collaborate deeply with flagship clinical partners (Gustave Roussy, Charité, Medical University of Vienna, Penn Medicine, Cleveland Clinic, and others) to gather insights, pilot features, and validate clinical value.
  • Partner with engineering, AI, physics, and regulatory teams to deliver robust, regulatory-grade medical software aligned with clinical workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with EU MDR, FDA, GDPR, and the EU AI Act, supporting quality, safety, and clinical validation activities.
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategy, market education, and scale-up across Europe, the US, and global regions.

Requirements

  • MSc/PhD in Nuclear Medicine, Medical Physics, Biomedical Engineering, Radiopharmacy, Radiation Oncology, or similar.
  • Strong interest in healthcare/oncology, good understanding of radioligand therapy (PSMA, SSTR, Lu-177, Ac-225), PET/SPECT imaging, and dosimetry workflows.
  • Experience in product management or technical leadership in medical technology, oncology AI, radiotherapy/RLT, or regulated software.
  • Ability to communicate with clinicians, researchers, engineers, and business teams at a high level.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI-driven healthcare solutions, RLT dosimetry, or multicenter clinical research.
  • Background collaborating with academic medical centers and industry partners. Knowledge of clinical trial design or digital twin modeling.
