About the Position
Senior Product Owner (MI) IRC301726
We are seeking a Senior Product Owner (MI) with 5-10 years of experience to join our automotive sector team in Romania. This role involves managing a large-scale cloud data-platform program.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Own the GL-side backlog priorities and author acceptance criteria per monthly increment.
- Run scope and change control against the work-breakdown baseline.
- Align with the client business product owner and business-acceptance-testing team.
- Translate program goals into a detailed, jointly-owned backlog with clear ownership.
- Bridge into business, testing, and quality-gate operations alongside the Rollout & Validation Manager.
Requirements
Must-have skills
- 5+ years as Product Owner on data-platform / data-product or complex software programs.
- Backlog management, acceptance-criteria authoring, scope & change control.
- Strong stakeholder management across business and engineering.
- SQL literacy to validate acceptance criteria against real data.
- Agile delivery experience; Jira / Confluence.
Nice to have
- Invoice / after-sales / financial data domain (payment types, warranty, parts & labour).
- Automotive sector exposure.
- Experience bridging vendor and client delivery teams.
