About the Role

From the customer portal to the return: You shape the roadmap of our platform.

Our platform is the heart of Everphone. Through it, business customers order smartphones, tablets, and laptops for their employees, roll them out, and return them at the end. As a (Senior) Product Owner (w/m/d), you will take over a section of this platform and design the next features together with your squad of engineers. You will speak with customers as well as with Operations, Customer Success, and Sales. This way, you find out where things really get stuck and turn them into solutions that work in everyday life. AI is your daily tool: You analyze, build prototypes, and automate with it, and you help shape how we work as a team with AI. If you like to dive deep into complex processes and drive things forward, this role is made for you.

Responsibilities

Product Area Responsibility

• Strategy and Roadmap: You develop the strategy and roadmap of your product area and are responsible for the backlog.
• Prioritization: You work with Operations & Logistics, Customer Success, and Sales and turn their competing requirements into clear priorities.
• Projects: You manage multiple projects in parallel, such as new user roles with approval processes or the integration of partner portals.
• New Service Models: Together with Sales and our customers, you evaluate ideas for new service models before they go into implementation.

Customers and Processes

• Device Lifecycle: You understand the needs of our customers and their employees throughout the entire device lifecycle, from ordering and rollout to support, repair, and return. From this, you derive clear, well-defined requirements.
• Adoption: You drive adoption and regularly gather user feedback.
• Continuous Improvement: You validate ideas early and automate manual steps in our service processes.

AI and KPIs

• AI in Product Work: You use AI for the analysis of customer feedback and data and for product artifacts.
• Prototypes: You build prototypes yourself to validate ideas faster.
• KPIs: You define and track product KPIs and ensure that your product area contributes measurably to Everphone's goals.

What You Bring

Must-Haves

• Product Experience: You have 3 to 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager for digital products, ideally for a B2B platform or a SaaS product. You have managed a product area end-to-end and can prove your successes with numbers.
• AI-First: AI is a fixed part of your daily work. You have built things yourself with it, for example, tools, prototypes, analyses, or scripts developed via Vibe Coding. You know where AI helps and where it doesn't, and you drive your team forward with it.
• Agile Product Development: You have experience in agile product development and translate complex, non-standardized processes into simple, user-friendly solutions.
• Stakeholder and Change: You convince executives, customers, and departments, negotiate trade-offs, and implement changes across departments.
• Technical Understanding: You don't have to program yourself, but you understand the software development process. You categorize statements from developers regarding deployments or problems and merge code into GitHub yourself if necessary.
• Problem Solving: You quickly penetrate complex situations, uncover the real problems with critical questions, and find creative solutions.
• Implementation Strength: You roll up your sleeves and drive engineers and stakeholders forward calmly but directly.
• Languages: You speak German and English at least at C1 level.

Nice-to-Haves

• Industry Experience: You are familiar with online ordering processes in connection with physical logistics, for example, from e-commerce.
